Refunds are applicable only if:

The order was canceled within the allowed time.

The item was unavailable or not delivered.

Payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Delivery charges or convenience fees may be non-refundable.
